Brief

Food, Bioprocessing and Nutrition Sciences is a department within the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences with a rich history and deep roots within NC State. To commemorate and archive the year of 2020, they wanted to create a 2020 digest to showcase the incredible people and events that took place in the FBNS department this year. 

The main feature is the story of Gary Cartwright. It is the origin story from an alum and longtime dairy innovator of NC State’s Howling Cow ice cream.

The book is 9"x9", 24 pages.
